Scarlet Player's Visit School - 25.11.08
Thanks go to Gavin Evans and Ceirion Thomas of The Scarlets for visiting the boys' rugby training session. They helped out with some of the basic skills session and watched a short game. Both were impressed by the skill level of the boys and are hoping to visit in the future. Gavin Evans is an ex pupil who has played for Wales. Ceirion Thomas used to play for Llangennech youth.

Samaritan's Purse Shoe Box Appeal - 20.11.08
Once again the pupils have participated in The Samaritan's Purse Shoe Box Appeal. The pupils collected 70 shoe boxes filled with Christmas Gifts for children who are less fortunate then themselves. Well done to all of you.

WORLD BOOK DAY - 06.03.08
On Thursday 6th March 2008 the school participated in World Book Day. During the morning pupils enjoyed different activities in the classrooms including dressing up as characters from their favourite books. In the afternoon a 'Bring and Buy' Sale was organised and held by the school council.
The money raised (£325) will be used towards the cost of an Outdoor Study Area. Well done to everyone. Here are some photos of the day.
